Personal Training is a great way to get fit and see the results your after. I specialize workouts for you to help you get the results you want. Not only am I there during your sessions, I'll check in with you and can help you with meal planning or nutritional guidance. 


Every session is designed for YOU. Whether you are new to working out, coming back after a long break, or a total fitness buff, each workout is completely customizable to fit your personal goals and fitness level.

Sessions are 1hr long
Session by session $50
3 days a week for a month $250
4 days a week for a month $350
5 days a week for a month $450

You must set up a consultation with me. The consult fee is $25 and has to be made online before I can set up a day and time. Once you make payment and we set a date and time, you must show up on that set date and time. If you cancel for any reason then you will forfeit your $25 and consultation. You must make another payment to set up another consultation.

Payment can be made via Cash app; $fit4ever365CK, Venmo; @fit4ever365, PayPal; @claudiekenion, Zelle, Apple wallet and debit or credit card. Debit or credit card payment will be charged an additional 3% fee.
